Our company has set up a customer service center composed of 20 people, responsible for providing comprehensive after-sales service for customers, including 16 technicians. Customer service center is mainly composed of several parts: technical support department 、 After sales service department, main product maintenance department.
The customer information department mainly receives the repair information and feedback information from customers, classifies and archives them, and implements them to the relevant functional departments according to the different requirements of customers, tracks the whole service process, ensures the timeliness of customer service, establishes customer files, and regularly visits customers. The technical service department is mainly responsible for solving the technical problems in the after-sales service center, giving timely treatment and answers to the technical problems raised by customers, and providing service. The maintenance department is mainly responsible for the maintenance and tracking of products.
