FAQ
Excessive or insufficient pressure to increase
1.Plugged or restricted intake system. Change air filter, locate the blockage. 2.Plugged or restricted exhaust system . Check and replace the three-way catalytic converter. 3.Boost pressure limit valve failure. Check and repair the pressure limiting system. 4.Leakage of compressor circulation stop valve. Replace the circulating cut-off valve. 5.Turbocharger control failure. Check and repair control pipeline and wiring system.

Abnormal noise of turbocharger
1.Compressor inlet and outlet pipe deformation or air leakage. Check to make sure that the air inlet pipe is unobstructed and free of leakage. 2.Excessive exhaust resistance. Check exhaust pipe and three-way catalytic converter. 3.Poor sealing of compressor circulation stop valve. Replace the circulating stop valve. 4.The internal of the intercooler is dirty and blocked or the ventilation is not smooth. Thoroughly clean and maintain the intercooler. 5.Air leakage of interface pad. Replace the leaking interface gasket. 6.Poor lubrication of turbocharger. Overhaul the lubricating oil circuit and replace the turbocharger if the condition is serious. 7.Foreign body entry. Remove foreign matters. If the turbocharger is damaged, replace it.
Causes of turbocharger oil leakage
1.Too much resistance, poor air intake. Replace the air filter and remove the blockage. 2.The lubricating oil return pipe is bent or damaged, and the oil return pipe is throttled. Correct repair and replace the oil return pipe. 3.Turbocharger lubricating oil return is not smooth. Reinstall the supercharger and replace the oil return pipe. 4.The connection of the air inlet pipe leaks, damaging the air pressure balance. Maintenance to ensure that the air inlet pipe is normal and free of leakage. 5.Crankcase ventilation system failure, unclear oil-gas separation. Repair and replace the crankcase ventilation system. 6.Engine wear intake too much, crankcase pressure too high. Engine must be repaired in case of serious blowby. 7.Oil level is too high, idle time is too long. Correct maintenance and operation.
