Turbocharger fuel injection failure
2022-12-27 15:00When the fuel injection system of the turbocharger breaks down and the poor quality heavy oil is used, the afterburning is heavier and the exhaust temperature is higher. No matter full load or partial load, no matter how serious the afterburning is, the coordinated operation point is on the normal coordinated operation line. As the combustion end point is delayed, the exhaust temperature increases, the turbocharger speed increases, the compressor flow increases, and the pressure ratio increases. With the operation point moving toward the higher part of the curve, the surge margin is less.
When the cooling capacity of the air cooler decreases, the exhaust temperature of the diesel engine increases, the compressor speed increases, and the surge margin decreases when the operating point moves higher.
In a word, the non channel blockage influencing factors will not affect the flow characteristics, will not change the position of the turbocharger and diesel engine coordination operation line, and will only change the position of the turbocharger and diesel engine coordination operation point on the coordination line, which is the secondary cause of diesel engine turbocharger surge.
The exhaust gas turbocharger uses the high temperature exhaust gas of 700-900 ℃ from the engine to drive the turbine in the turbine to rotate, and the turbine shaft drives the impeller in the compressor to rotate at high speed, so as to compress the air in a centrifugal way and improve the intake density of the engine to 2-3 atmospheres. Therefore, we can inject more fuel into the engine to improve the power of the engine.
The exhaust gas turbocharger consists of a turbine driven by exhaust gas, a compressor that compresses fresh air, an intermediate that acts as a bearing support in the middle, and a bypass valve control mechanism. Turbocharger refers to engine intake turbocharger, including three forms: exhaust turbocharger, mechanical turbocharger and electric auxiliary turbocharger. Compress the air through the supercharger to improve the intake density of the engine, thus increasing the engine power. At the same time, due to the improvement of the mixed combustion regulation of the engine, the combustion efficiency is improved, and the effect of saving fuel and reducing emissions can also be achieved. It is an important technological progress of modern engines. Now the engine exhaust turbocharger is widely used. Now we will explain some related knowledge about the engine exhaust turbocharger.
