1. Don't drive away:

After the engine is started, especially in winter, it should be allowed to idle for a period of time, so that the lubricating oil can fully lubricate the bearing before the supercharger rotor runs at high speed. Therefore, you must not slam the accelerator after starting to prevent damage to the supercharger oil seal.

2. Do not turn off the flame immediately:

After the engine has been running at high speed for a long time, it cannot be turned off immediately. When the engine is working, a part of the oil is supplied to the turbocharger rotor bearing for lubrication and cooling. After the running engine suddenly stops, the oil pressure drops to zero quickly, the high temperature of the turbine part of the turbocharger is transmitted to the middle, the heat in the bearing support shell cannot be taken away quickly, and at the same time, the supercharger rotor is still rotating at high speed under the action of inertia , Therefore, if the engine is shut down suddenly when it is hot, it will cause the engine oil trapped in the turbocharger to overheat and damage the bearings and shafts. In particular, it is necessary to prevent the engine from suddenly turning off after a few kicks of the accelerator.

3. Keep it clean:

When disassembling the supercharger, keep it clean, and all pipe joints must be blocked with a clean cloth to prevent debris from falling into the supercharger and damaging the rotor. During maintenance, care should be taken not to damage the impeller by collision. If the impeller needs to be replaced, a dynamic balance test should be performed on it. After reinstalling, remove the blockage.

4. To clean:

Since the supercharger is often operated at high temperature, its lubricating oil pipeline is prone to partial coking of the internal oil due to the high temperature, which will cause insufficient lubrication of the supercharger bearing and damage it. Therefore, the lubricating oil pipeline should be cleaned after running for a period of time.
